Our purpose

Build a company
our people are proud of.

Grounded in loyalty, craftsmanship and execution.

The Meier Way

How we expect
to work.

These values define the behaviors expected when the schedule is demanding, the answer is difficult and the outcome depends on the team.

01

Own It

We take ownership of outcomes and follow through on our commitments.

That means taking full responsibility for our work, attitude and results—raising problems early, fixing mistakes and helping drive the solution. No excuses. Just execution.

02

Craft with Pride

We take pride in our work and deliver a product we can stand behind.

The details matter, including the ones no one sees. We work clean, correct and to standard, use the right tools and methods, protect completed work and refuse to let shortcuts define the finished product.

03

Do the Right Thing

We lead with integrity and follow the rules—even under pressure.

We tell the truth, speak up when something is wrong and honor safety requirements, specifications and commitments. We do what is right even when it is difficult—or when no one is watching.

04

Respect Everyone

We treat people professionally, regardless of position or pressure.

Every role matters. We listen, communicate clearly and calmly, accept direction and address disagreements without yelling, gossip or blame—with our crews, clients, trade partners and vendors alike.

05

Team First

We put the success of the team above individual ego.

We back each other up, share knowledge and resources, help when another crew or project needs support and represent Meier well. We win together and protect the reputation we all share.

Leadership

Clear accountability.
Organizational depth.

Company leadership sets direction and remains accountable. Dedicated preconstruction, project management, field, VDC and business-operations teams carry projects through estimating, coordination, installation and turnover.

President

Marco Meier

Marco founded Meier in 2017 and leads the company’s strategy, operations and growth. His structural concrete career began in 2012 at Pacific Structures Construction (PSC). Across PSC and Meier projects, his work represents approximately $235 million in concrete contract value and approximately 380,000 cubic yards of concrete scope. On a single project, he has led a structural concrete package originally valued at approximately $20 million—approximately $28 million when adjusted to 2026 dollars—and involving more than 35,000 cubic yards.

That experience informs Meier’s approach today: complete structural concrete packages supported by disciplined preconstruction, VDC coordination, field leadership and accountable project controls. Marco remains directly involved in major pursuits, client relationships and the operating systems required to deliver increasingly complex work.

Marco earned his undergraduate business degree from Stonehill College and a Master of Construction Management and graduate certificate in real estate development from the University of Southern California.
